Competitor's Favicon Appears in our NS Checkout

We have a direct competitor who also uses Netsuite. 

Their Favicon will periodically show up in our shopping cart instead of the NS symbol or our own. 

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any solutions? Support couldnot help us on this one.
