Drop Down Web Tabs

I am looking to add the dropdown functionality to my website tabs just like the tabs in Netsuite (i.e. when I mouse over the TAB the categories and subcategories drop down). I have a number of categories and subcategories that I want to dynamically associate with the 6 or so TABS I have on my site. Any help will be good. Thank you
