Wordpress to be displayed in NS site

Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to take posts from Wordpress and display them   on my home page automatically?

So posts from blog.lucylocket.com to automatically be displayed on lucylocket.com under 'news' on the home page.

Rss feeds are a possibility but I don't know how to use rss feeds or how to implement them on another site.
