Footer tag for hosted page?

I'm trying to cut down on the amount places the footer needs to be changed every time we update it.  Is there a getFooter tag for hosted pages? or getPageBottom? I use getPageTop and getPageHead but the footer tag seems to be none existent.  Any ideas on how to get this to work?
