Edit text for Email Subscription Preferences

Hi all,

I'm really hoping that there's somewhere I can edit the text for email subscription preferences.  I've looked under marketing preferences and web site text but haven't found it.  The default for opt-in is:

Yes, please send me emails about promotions and product updates.

As a charity, that language is pretty terrible and I'm really hoping I can modify it.
