NetSuite Site Analytics

Hi:

I am trying to understand how NetSuite's Site Analytics works. Any employee care to give a primer on how NetSuite tracks visitors? Does it track bots/spiders?

The reason I ask is because the data seems very suspicious:

In November, the site I am reviewing contains:

Unique Visitors: 7467
Pageviews: 3135

I do not believe it is possible to have less pageviews than visitors.
