Google checkout notification URL broken ????

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I am getting notification errors from Google Merchant center.  Haven't changed anything.  In website setup I have my google notification URL as:

https://system.netsuite.com/app/external/google/notificationlistener.nl?c=###### (my account number)

but manually going to this URL gives me a system maintenance error.

Ideas?
