Erros in <NLPAGEFULLHEAD> Tag, please fix as soon as possible

We have static pages that use the <NLPAGEFULLHEAD> tag, but recently we had warnings from Bing and Google that we have pages with double Title tags.

It seeems the <NLPAGEFULLHEAD> is bringing an empty <Title> tag and because we are using them in static pages we cannot change it.

So if we remove the tag that we added manually for the title the page will have an empty title which is even worst!

Please netsuite, take a look into this and fix as soon as possible. Examples:
