SSP Customer Center
Has anyone here actually developed a Customer Center using SSP? In the absence of any documentation or reference implementations I have no idea where to even think about starting.
From what I've read, there's no way to get access to the main Customer record using the Ecommerce API and the nlapiGetUser() function isn't exposed in SSP. Additionally, the Ecommerce API doesn't expose cases or orders other than the current one, which isn't entirely conducive to a functional customer centre.
Am I missing something obvious, or is it really this hard to get started? :h_a_w:
