Different FedEx Account Per Site for MultiSite

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We have Multi-site (3 sites) all using one inventory.

Would like to use a different FedEx account for each site so that we can better track shipping costs vs what we charge and a majority of other reasons.

Anyone have a suggestion as to how to go about this?
