Ability for customer to upload images into NS

Hi,

Does anyone know how to provide the ability for a customer to upload images into Netsuite? I'm looking to provide a form to a customer that will allow them to enter numerous pieces of data, including images. This date will in turn populate a custom record.

Simply creating a field of type image does not work. That just simply gives the ability for the customer to select existing images in Netsuite.

Below is an old thread that is looking for similar. The only solution posed in that thread was to upload the image into a 3rd party server and then the support staff can access it and do what it wishes... Not really what I'm looking for.
