EBay Export at the serial level not the "Item" level.

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Currently I am trying to export items at the serial level rather than the item level into EBay using NetSuites built in integration.  We have also heard using the Magento Connector has solved this issue for other companies.
Has anyone else had this issue?
