Trying to take NetSuite's own advice - help with setting up a search
In trying to figure out all of my options for having a cart abandonment strategy I came across this blog post from NS:

I can't seem to figure out how to setup this search. "Shopping Cart" is in none of the Criteria fields when I start with a blank customer search.
"The criteria for the search should be customers that have a Shopping Cart : Amount greater than $0. You can further segment customers by which Items they abandoned – just use that same Customer search and also use a criteria of Shopping Cart : Items in Cart."
