Third Party Checkout

We are new to NetSuite and we really do not like the checkout process that is offered and the cart and checkout abandonment rate is much higher than our old shopping cart.  As a result, we feel we are losing sales. 

I have read that NetSuite will offer a one page checkout, but it seems that there is no set date that this is set to launch.  Are there any plug ins/third party options that can be suggested to enhance the checkout experience?
