Google Checkout problem

When a customer uses Google Checkout on our website the child matrix information does not show up in our Google Checkout inbox.

Furthermore the order doesn't appear in our website.  As a result we have no way of knowing the item's option that was selected by the customer.

Is there something I didn't set up correctly?
