items purchased versus item orders
Under the customer profile Sales tab, it shows the Items Purchased by that customer. Under the Marketing Tab there is a subtab called Item Orders. The value in that subtab is a lot higher than the items under the sales tab. Does anyone know what the information is under the Item Orders subtab, or how it can be used. Seems odd to have a customer have 8,000.00 under the sales tab and then 95,000.00 under the marketing item orders subtab. If it is not odd, then what can I use that field for?
