Item not showing up in category, but directly accessible

I've been running into this problem since I started using NetSuite and for the life of me I haven't been able to figure it out. Our admin person will make a new item, set it up and add it to a category, but it will not show up in the item list in the category. The item is directly accessible via a URL, is set to display in website, not inactive and it has a price.

What am I missing that would cause it not to show up in the category's item list? Any help anyone could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!
