Categories - Hide from logged in users?

I'm creating a dealer tab for a web site that has some content for dealers and a dealer application form for potential dealers.

On the dealer tab I'd like to display 2 categories.  The dealer price list category will display only if the user is signed in with the dealer role.  That part is no problem.  I'd like to display the dealer application form (another category) if the user is not signed or if they are signed in with the customer role.

Is that possible?
