Is this NS or something else that we've caused? (search=graphics+loader)

When a customer logs into our web store, they get taken directly to a web page that appears to be a failed search result for the phrase "graphics loader"...

We don't use NetSuite product search, we use NexTopia.  Based on the landing page, it appears to be a result of a standard NS product search.

The landing URL shows as=
ourdomain.com/s.nl?search=graphics+loader&whence=

Where is this coming from?
