Embedd "Online Customer Form"

I am trying to use an "Online Customer Form" to capture new customers but in order to display it within the website I am using an invisible iFrame within an "Information Item". This causes problems with the re-direct after the customers has completed the form because the next page loads within the iFrame.

Is there another way to publish an "Online Customer Form" within my website that won't have this problem?
