One website being used by two subsidiaries

We have one ecommerce site that we'd like two subsidiaries to use rather than creating one site per subsidiary. We'd like most orders to belong to subsidiary A. Only orders for a specific group of items would belong to Subsidiary B. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to handle this?
