Restrict Coupon code usage by payment methods?

Trying to run a promotion to get people to use Credit Card to checkout instead of calling us with the use of a coupon code.

Is there a way to restrict/disable the use of Coupon Code by payment methods in the cases where coupon code can only be applied if AMEX is the payment method or only enable Coupon Code entry if certain payment method is chosen.
