How to add Site map on basic Web store?

Hi,

Could any one please let me know how can we create and add Site map at the bottom of website tabs with out 'Sitemap Generator' tool on a basic web store?

Additionally, is it possible to add any other links at the bottom of tabs on web store with out advanced site customization feature?
