Reference My Account's css for Customer Center

Hi,
we are using Advanced Site Builder and would like to know if the main site's css will take precedence over the css in
"Custom my account"/ "Reference my account".
I have deployed the "Custom My Account" and the My Account overview page looks to be centralised to the right. I have not modified the css in Reference My Account yet.

Would anyone know which setting controls the page position in the CSS?
