Reference My Account - where to change the navigation menu and how?

I would like to change the layout of MenuItem
"My Account", the one that says
My Account
    Overview
    Profile Information
    Address Book
    Credit Cards
    Order History & Returns
    Email Preferences
    Reorder Items
    Update Your Password

Currently it is a vertical(top down) menu and I want to make it a horizontal layout that goes across the page instead of top down.

Viewing the Html from the browser, this is the code which I am looking for, which I can't find.
