PayPal and coupon discount not working

Hey All,

This is my first post as we just launched our Netsuite site: www.apexraceparts.com. What a Bear compared to other platforms.

Among other things, we are experiencing an issue with PayPal and coupon code discounts. After a user enters a coupon code and the discount displays in the order summary then chooses PayPal to checkout the discount doesn't show up in PayPal. This happens whether PayPal is chosen in the cart or on the Payment page.

Although I have an active case with Netsuite any insight would be appreciated.
