Help with some background to Reference My Account 1.02.0

in Web Site / E-Commerce

After installing the new My Account Bundle 50220,
I have 4 folders in my SSP Application.

Can someone provide a little background to the following

1. Do I setup the Library Script Files in the Scripts Tab in EDIT SSP Application for only the Application Folder that I want to deploy?  or Do I have to go into each folder's Scripts tab to assign the Library Script Files to all (Custom My Account ,Custom My Account 1.02.0, Reference My Account and Reference My Account 1.02.0). I am testing and trying to transfer my customization from the old Custom My Account into the new Custom My Account 1.02.0 since, my old customisation did not seem to carry through after I updated the bundle to 50220
