Site Builder - Want to show only items on customer price list

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We have a site builder site with some suite commerce advanced features build in. With the items in the store we would like to display
  1. All item if customer is NOT  logged in at RRP
  2. Only items on customers price list if customer logged in. To display at price level set on the customer price list. i.e. If an items is NOT available on that customers price list = do not display item. If it is available display item & price

We did have it working like  this but the developers can't seem to recall how they got it working. Is anyone able to shed some light or does anyone have it working like this on their site?
