Paypal Bill me later button

With 2014.1, NetSuite has integrated with Bill me later.  After turning on the feature in NetSuite, the cart now shows a new button for Paypal Bill Me Later.  However when this button is clicked it acts exactly the same way as the Check out with Paypal button ---- going to the exact same screen in Paypal, requiring the customer to click the Bill Me Later payment option as it still defaults to the customer default Paypal payment method.  Is this functioning correctly?
