Error: An unexpected error has occurred - Displaying in the shopping cart
We have been experiencing an intermittent error in our shopping cart since memorial day (5/26). The message "Error: An unexpected error has occurred" is displayed instead of our cart. No error emails are sent to us when this issue happens.
We now have case and defect for this issue, Case #1944758 - Defect #292447: Unexpected error when adding to SiteBuilder shopping cart.
We have added code to our footer to look for this error and since 5pm yesterday we now have over 300 records of it.
Has anyone seen something like this happen before for them? It is very frustrating as this is preventing customers from purchasing from us and is causing a loss of business.
