Saved Search Results without using a Published Saved Search. Possible?

Is it possible to display the results of a saved search on a web page without using a publish saved search? Possibly with a SSP?? We have a bunch of standard items and also matrix child items that we have put on special offer and want to display only these items in a list with the option to add them to the cart. A published saved search does this, however because of a defect that NetSuite is taking forever to fix it doesn't display the correct results.

The items are marked as on sale using a custom check box field. I am looking to get this sorted ASAP as we looking to launch the marketing campaign tomorrow and im confident that NetSuite will not have fixed this problem by then.
