Reference My Account -"Need Help? Contact Customer Service" link.

Where it used to say "Need Help? Contact Customer Service" in Bundle 1.01.0, in Bundle 1.02.0, this line has completely disappeared.
For those who knows what I am talking about, I would like to know if this behaviour is only in my system or do you experience the same issue as well?

While, there is a help document in SuiteAnswer which supposedly would bring that line back, I have tried it but I can't see that it has done anything to display "Need Help? Contact Customer Service".

This is the reference to displaying Customer Support URL in Reference My Account https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/
