themes change randomly?

Hello I'm hoping someone here can help me.

I am working towards testing our web-store however I notice what seems to be random theme layout changes when I load the website? The link is http://shopping.netsuite.com/3488cooper

Sometimes you will see one theme or the other. Screen shots are in my 2nd post.

Anyone know what is causing this? I can't really develop and test the site operating like this.
