append site name to page title

Is there a way to globally append the site name after the page title?

So for example, if I'm on a page for "Product 123", instead of the title appearing as "Product 123", I want it to be "Product 123 | ABC Co."

I know this can be added on a per-page basis, but I want to append this to all pages.
