Reference Cart 2.03 and Paypal

We are having challenges deploying Reference Cart 2.03 and Paypal Integration.  If we use Netsuite Paypal and deploy Reference Cart it forces to have a "Review Order" confirmation page after the one step checkout.  We certainly do not want this extra page because the whole point of a one step checkout is to have one page.  Having an additional review order confirmation page simply does not make sense.

Has anyone worked with this to figure out why this occurs and how to only have one step checkout with Paypal without having a final review order confirmation page?
