Web Site Customize Email Text Item List Table is not rendered properly

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Netsuite N00b here, I searched the forum for a few minutes but didn't find what I need so I'm asking.

The item list table in the order received email is not formatted correctly. This is a known issue but suite answers only has a fix listed for installed email clients. Unfortunately my company uses Google Apps. I have tried all of the suggestions in SuiteAnswers to no avail. Can anybody point me in the right direction in dummy terms?
