Ordering via a Grid

LOOKING TO PROVIDE A GRID FOR CUSTOMERS TO ORDER BY.

FOR EXAMPLE - A BLACK T-SHIRT.

INSTEAD OF CUSTOMERS NEEDING TO SELECT SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, ETC FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU, THEN ENTER A QUANTITY AND CLICKING ADD TO CART AFTER EACH, I WANT TO DISPLAY A BOX FOR EACH SIZE, THEN THEY CLICK ADD TO CART ONCE THESE ARE FILLED IN (RATHER THAN A DROP DOWN).

ANY IDEAS ON IF THIS IS POSSIBLE AND/OR HOW TO DO?
