Customer Center

I am a complete beginner on this topic.  I need some assistance.

This is what I am trying to accomplish:
1. Create a Customer Center for my company/  I think that the Customer Center is through Suite-Commerce (but not sure)
2. Create a custom user profile that will allow clients to see both bills and a report.
3. The report will be on demand and will show inventory levels.  (we do vendor managed inventory)

What do I need to do?
