Google Analytics not tracking customers all the way to checkout.
We've had the Google analytics scripts set up in NetSuite for a number of years. We're now actively using the campaign tracking features for all of our advertising.
The campaign statistics are working.
The ecommerce tracking is working.
What's not working is tracking ecommerce income from campaigns. For example: We sent out an email campaign. GA reports 200 clicks but zero ecommerce revenue. If I look at ecommerce revenue site-wide, it reports $2000 at the same time as the campaign. We know the revenue is from campaign clicks because we can see it on the customers records in NetSuite.
Any idea what would cause the disconnect between customer acquisition and customer purchases? Is it the fact that web and ecommerce domains are different in NetSuite?
