IE / Chrome Crashing

Hi,

is anyone else experiencing issues using Internet Explorer and Chrome on their websites where the browser starts to hang after about 20 seconds of loading a page? For example, take a look at this page in either IE or Chrome:

http://www.blitzsport.com/cookie-policy

Let the page start to load and leave it about 20 seconds. In IE if you look at the page loading icon, it should still be circling and eventually the page becomes unusable and the tab hangs. I first thought it might have been a script running slow but using the Preview Theme option in NetSuite for a standard theme produced the same issue where no custom scripts are loaded.
