Customer Center Order Copy Questions
Hello fellow Netsuite users,
We received an order overnight that the customer created by copying an old order they viewed through their Customer Center Role. The customer changed the quantity of items, so shipping was recalculated to the current amount, but I'm concerned that customers could use this feature to create new orders for items at old prices, or to receive old shipping costs.
