Intall the bundle for mobile friendly site

I happened to see the bundle "Auto & Responsive" in Netsuite. But I could not install it. It shows "shared" by a company named "Rare Rare Limited". Anybody know how to intall it and use it? Is there any way to find a bundle for site builder to implement a responsive site?
