Suitecommerce Advanced SCA - Not Happy
We have been a NetSuite sitebuilder customer for 10 years and we moved to SCA 4 months ago.
SCA is not very stable and the Professional service is too busy with too many projects they don't care to fix the issues even if they are critical for our business.
If your website is not very ecommerce oriented and you are not worried about SEO aspects that much go for it. If you care about a stable software and fast support don't go for it.
We were told that all pending issues will be taken care in 2 weeks if we go live. But after we went live, they are ignoring us. I am not saying that they did not fix any issues but whenever we get frustrated due to their slow response we complain to higher authorities and then they fix one issue a week. Now they fix 1 issue in 3 weeks. We are now seriously thinking of moving to a new platform.
