Reference Cart - Review Order page > to add a new column to Item Summary

Has anyone successfully added extra column to the Item Summary list on the final Review and Checkout page in Reference Cart?

Trying to add in extra column to display Total Amount (including GST) which is a custom field in addition to what is there in item Summary (Product, Qty, Unit Price, Amount).
Is that even possible?
Where is the page where the Item Summary settings are located in the Reference Cart files?
