SCA Suitecommerce Advanced Review - Please let us know yours

We moved to SCA  a few months ago from sitebuilder. I would like to know the feedback of companies who have moved to this platform
We are facing many issues and the response time of Netsuite is frustrating.
1. In 5 months site went down completely for hours two times and error occurred on many pages 3 times. In SB almost nothing in 5 years
2. Customer feedback -  5% complain about site performance. In SB almost no complaints about site performance in last 5 years
3. Many small scripts are hard to install - Expensive and takes months to install. Many scripts can be easily installed by admins with no technical knowledge in SBs
