Adding Live Chat to SCA platform

Hi,

We run a SCA webstore and want to add a simple Live Chat option so our customers can engage in text chats with our customer support team when online. Does such an application exist? SuiteAnswers answer ID 19971 does refer to adding a Woopra chat service, but this seems to be specifically for Site Builder, with no reference to SCA.
