Preselected Shipping Method in Checkout Based on Past Orders?
When a customer orders on our site, the default shipping is set to UPS Ground. I'm trying to figure out how to make that the default regardless of what shipping method that customer used in their past orders. According to the NetSuite Help Center, "If a shopper placed a previous order through your web site, the customer record stores the shipping method selected for the last order. This information updates each time the customer submits an order. The shopper's previous shipping method choice is preselected in Checkout." I do not want the past shipping method to be preselected in the checkout for the customer. Any ideas on how to fix this?
