Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
jQuery
I just noticed that NetSuite has started loading jQuery on our website. I don't know when this started; perhaps with 2016.1? There's now a line in the header of every page loading jQuery version 1.10.2. This is an older version, and we were already loading 1.11.3 in our website. Why is this being done and is there any way to control this? Or can we just stop loading the newer version and rely on NetSuite to load its version? We want every bit of speed we can get in our page loading times, and don't want this redundancy.
