Web Store Credit Card Purchases Not Collecting Funds
Previously we had this functioning just fine. We have recently made updates to our CC processing and other sales order features. Now, when a customer checks out of the web store it creates a sales order and saves their CC info as it should, but it does not run CC pre-auth or collect the funds. We can manually edit the sales order and collect the funds just fine, but one of these days the card won't have enough funds available and we will be screwed. I have check all of our settings and I can't find the problem. HELP!
