Reference Checkout Google Tag Manager analytics.js is only reporting 80% - HELP
We are using Reference Checkout with the old Google Analytics ga.js code which is capturing 93% of orders. We cannot exclude PayPal Referrals with the old analytics code, so we are looking to upgrade to analytics.js.
We have implemented Google Tag manager analytics.js but it is only reporting 80% of orders.
How have others been able to successfully get the new GA analytics.js to work? Did you not use tag manager or did you do it directly via netsuite?
